Systemic Analysis of service and financial risks in a supply chain

Based on a model developed trough system dynamics, which represents a supply chain, this paper aims to establish a systemic approach to service risk management and financial risk management, taking into account the decisions made from the operational area and its influence on the risk in different areas of the company.
