Abstract

This contribution examines, applying a specific historical legal methodology, the presence reached by the Argentine legal culture during the period 1935-1940 in the activity of the Gaceta Judicial, a medium for the Colombian superior court. The investigation concludes that during this time, and based on several interests of local jurists, the presence of legal content related to Argentina increased considerably.
