Abstract

From the perspective of therapeutic jurisprudence in the study of judicial cases, a review was made of the nine judgments that the High Court of the Colombian Constitutional Jurisdiction has issued up to now on the most important legal problem related to intersexuality, that is, obtaining informed consent in sex reassignment or standardization procedures. The legal rule adopted as judicial precedent generates possible therapeutic or antitherapeutic effects depending on how the obtaining of informed consent privileges the exercise of the autonomy of the intersex minor, or that of the legal representatives
