Satisfação no trabalho no contexto do teletrabalho forçado: um estudo empírico no setor do ensino superior

As restrições, decorrentes da pandemia de coronavírus de 2019, estabeleceram um contexto prolongado de implementação forçada do teletrabalho em diversas organizações e instituições. O presente estudo analisa o impacto exercido pela intensidade na adoção do referido regime laboral na satisfação dos colaboradores do setor do ensino superior. Para isso, foi aplicado um instrumento transversal a uma amostra de 154 colaboradores de uma universidade colombiana, cujos dados foram analisados por meio de modelagem de equações estruturais. Os resultados obtidos sugerem a existência de associação significativa entre as variáveis em questão. Observa-se também que tanto os indivíduos com mais de 40 anos quanto os que possuem um local isolado para o teletrabalho tendem a favorecer essa relação.
