Resumo

O objetivo deste artigo foi analisar a perspectiva atual das PMEs enfrentando à crise do COVID-19, bem como analisar a associação e incidência da resiliência organizacional no seu desempenho durante este período crítico. Para testar as hipóteses, foi realizado um estudo transversal com uma amostra de 112 gestores de PMEs em dois países da América Latina (México e Chile). Os métodos utilizados foram análise descritiva de dados, correlação bivariada e redes neurais artificiais. Os resultados descritivos demonstram o impacto da crise do COVID-19; além disso, os resultados comprovam a relação e o impacto positivo da resiliência no desempenho das PMEs.
