Resumo

O objetivo deste trabalho foi analisar a partir da percepção dos trabalhadores, a influência da adoção de tecnologias verdes nas práticas de responsabilidade ambiental. Para isso, foi aplicada uma pesquisa a 385 trabalhadores de 74 hotéis da Cidade do México. No tratamento dos dados, foi utilizada a modelagem de equações estruturais por mínimos quadrados parciais. Os resultados mostram que as práticas de responsabilidade ambiental estão amparadas na adoção de tecnologias verdes de acordo com a estrutura de custos, a economia de recursos e os benefícios que oferecem. O valor do trabalho está em expor a perspectiva dos trabalhadores como stakeholders internos das empresas.
