Resumo

A gerência média é fundamental na implementação das estratégias e no sucesso das organizações. Assim, o objetivo deste estudo é descrever do ponto de vista quantitativo a relação entre comprometimento estratégico, incluso, o processo social de construção de significado e o conflito de interesses na gestão média mexicana que possui pós-graduação em negócios. Demonstra-se a partir das técnicas de regressão logística, que a inclusão pelos patrões, em primeira instância, em conjunto com o processo social de construção de sentido, tem relação direta com os comportamentos de apoio à estratégia ou compromisso estratégico, o que não acontece com o conflito de interesses.
