Satisfação no trabalho: uma revisão da literatura sobre seus principais determinantes

Resumo

Mesmo que o estudo da relação trabalhista tenha concentrado um grande interesse cientifico durante uma boa parte do século passado, ainda é surpreendente o quão fragmentado é o campo e a limitação da integração. Este artigo tem como objetivo determinar os principais fatores que têm sido identificados na literatura empírica como determinantes da satisfação no trabalho, com base em uma revisão da pesquisa publicada em revistas cientificas de alto impacto durante as últimas duas décadas. Os resultados revelam uma falta de pesquisas que tenham estudado simultaneamente os efeitos dos determinantes disposicionais e situacionais sobre a satisfação no trabalho. Finalmente, as principais lacunas na literatura são analisadas e as possíveis linhas de pesquisa são sugeridas.
