Abstract

This paper presents and define a tesis about the impact of the Currie´s woek as economic asesor in Colombia. What made different Currie from othere ecomists maging the Colombia economic policy is his extreme independence respect to credit international organism and to the dominant theories modas. His independence was the product not only of his personal election, but the product of the special conditions involved in his arrive and steady in Colombia. Currie was independent because he could been it and because he elected it this is what this paper wants to argue.
