El siguiente apartado ofrece un panorama general del comportamiento de las llamadas recibidas por las líneas de atención 155 de la Consejería Presidencial para la Equidad de la Mujer, 141 del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar y del 123 perteneciente a la Policía Nacional. Con el ánimo de ubicar posibles cambios emanados por la condición atípica del confinamiento se presentarán los resultados de las tres líneas desde el 25 de marzo, fecha en que se declaró la medida de aislamiento obligatorio por parte de la Presidencia de la República hasta el 30 de abril, en total 37 días calendario y se compararán a modo de contraste con los datos de las tres líneas para el mismo periodo del año 2019.
