At Icesi university it’s really important to know what the students’ expectations at the beginning of the semester are. That is the reason why our students talked about this subject during the session led by the E.L Center. These are some of them.

Learning how to manage their time and make new friends

Students shared their thoughts and expectations for this new chapter of their lives as students at Icesi University. Most of them agreed that the most important thing is to make friends that are not only fun and outgoing but also studious enough to motivate them to be better students. They also spoke of wanting to learn how to balance their social life and academic achievements to be able to enjoy everything that Icesi has to offer. They were also very excited about the prospect of Bienestar Universitario, they want to take advantage of every single thing the university has and get to explore more of themselves.  Lastly, one girl emphasized that she expects to learn and get used to this new methodology she’s going to be exposed to in this first semester and everyone seemed to agree.
